Here's a weird one folks. Never seen this before - and can't find another on the net. Not sure if it was meant to be a cake top decoration - or just a play toy. But it's a direct knock off of the MPC Pop Top Horrors witch - with a cauldron added for style! Made of fragile, inexpensive plastic (there is a repair to one of the cauldron's legs). Get it now - you may never see another.
